1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing UCL Express services, our website or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

UCL Express provides express logistics, 3PL, freight, air, rail, warehousing and packers & movers services. Service availability, transit times and rates depend on origin, destination, weight and the service selected, and may change without notice.

3. Bookings & shipments

You are responsible for accurate consignment details, correct packaging and lawful contents. We may inspect, hold or refuse any shipment that is mis-declared, unsafe or prohibited by law.

4. Prohibited items

Hazardous materials, illegal goods, currency, precious stones and other restricted articles may not be shipped except under a specific written agreement. Shipping prohibited items is at your sole risk.

5. Charges & payment

Charges are calculated on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. Invoices are payable per the agreed credit terms; overdue amounts may attract interest.

6. Liability & claims

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or the limits set out in the applicable carriage terms, whichever is lower. Claims must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of delivery or expected delivery.

7. Delays

While we strive for time-definite delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, regulatory action or force majeure.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
